Iris Seguí

Iris isn’t your typical financial advisor. A former rodeo star with a background in farming, Iris brings a unique tenacity and understanding of growth to your financial planning journey. Like a seed that blossoms into a flourishing plant, she believes every financial plan starts with a solid foundation.

Over the last two decades, Iris has gained a deep understanding of the financial services industry, having worked across various aspects of the business since 1996. This diverse experience gives her an edge when crafting bespoke solutions for every client. In 2009, Iris transitioned from back-office operations to sales, discovering a true passion for helping people build secure financial futures. Her clients agree, reflected in an impressive 97.8% client retention rate.​

Armed with a Finance and International Business degree from Florida International University and industry certifications (LUTCF & CLU®) from the American College, Iris is an invaluable asset to anyone seeking financial guidance. Her commitment to ongoing education is also evident. She is currently pursuing the prestigious Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.

Iris firmly believes in giving back to the community and is actively involved in various organizations.

Beyond financial strategy, Iris enjoys pushing herself physically and mentally with bootcamp and kickboxing classes. She also cherishes creating lasting memories with her adult children, Daniel and David, and her husband, Wilfredo.

Wilfredo Seguí, MBA

Wilfredo was born in Havana, Cuba and raised between NYC and Miami from the age of 6. His father was in construction and taught him everything from building to electrical. Traits you don’t normally find in a Corporate Accountant / CFO, yet these are the very things that make him shine. Whether you are designing a new company or rebuilding an existing one, having him on your team is an invaluable asset. He is no stranger the struggles of entrepreneurship, he has helped many companies take the steps necessary to make it to the next level.  

With over 30 years of extensive experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and corporate finance, there is no doubt he can help your business reach its goals. Having worked in a myriad of industries such as Architectural, Engineering, Healthcare, Internet & Satellite Provider, Government, IT Network Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Broadcast/Media Entertainment, Production Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations, there is almost no obstacle he hasn’t already encountered.  

Wilfredo holds a bachelor’s in finance from Barry University and an Executive MBA from Florida International University. He also has a demonstrated track record of maximizing business opportunities and consistently achieving corporate financial performance goals. He is recognized as a hands-on expert problem solver who can rapidly resolve cross-functional business process problems, formulate strategic plans, and implement change for the benefit of the company’s bottom line.

When not leading companies, Wilfredo enjoying fishing with his teenage boys, Daniel & David and traveling with his wife Iris.
